Shipping

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We make ever endevour to ensure the product is delivered as promptly as possible and are standard delivery time is within 1 week but ocasionally there mat be a delay so please allow up to 28 days for delivery and if you have not recieved the good by than do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds Policy

Expertmathstutor will refund your money at any point within the first 60 days if you are not entirely satisfied in accordance with the better than money back guarantee. We will also refund your money if you fail to increase your GCSE Maths result by at least one grade, confirmation of predicted and acctual grades will be required. Expertmathstutor will pay the return shipping cost.
Please note that we are unable to exchange items. If returning the item within 60 days we cannot accept returns of any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. (This does not affect the better grade or your money back guarantee)

Providing the goods are returned undamaged or proof of failure to increase GCSE grade is included, we will either send you a cheque by return or re-credit your credit card if that was your payment method of choice.
